You board the HAUMANA at Noon on Saturday at Vaitape quay in Bora Bora, the “Pearl of the Pacific”. Lunch is served aboard the ship while you gaze at the marvelous view of the mountains and lagoon framed by Toopua Iti. In the afternoon a guided deep snorkling will introduce you to the pleasures of the world's most celebrated lagoon. On Sunday you will have a Robinson Crusoe day on a motu islet and a picnic on the beach. Following a sunset cruise inside the lagoon, and dinner, the HAUMANA departs for Tahaa. On Monday morning your day in Tahaa, “The Vanilla Island”,

Marae Taputapuatea

begins with breakfast served at your table in the lagoon beside Motu Mahaea. You will then visit a black pearl farm, a private family home and stroll through the typical Polynesian village of Tiva. While eating your breakfast on Tuesday morning the ship will cruise inside the lagoon to Taputapuatea on the “Sacred Island” of Raiatea, where you will go ashore to visit Marae Taputapuatea, which served as the international gathering place for the ancient Maohi people. In the afternoon the ship takes you to the west coast of Raiatea for a sunset cruise and your farewell dinner on board. You will disembark the HAUMANA at the Uturoa quay in Raiatea at 9 a.m. on Wednesday after breakfast.
