You board the HAUMANA at Noon on Tuesday at the Uturoa quay on Raiatea, the “Sacred Island”. During lunch you will cruise to Taputapuatea, where you will go ashore to visit Marae Taputapuatea, where the Polynesian people from many islands gathered to worship their gods. A sunset cruise will take you offshore Motu Mahaea. Wednesday morning begins with breakfast in the lagoon and a visit to a pearl farm on the “Vanilla Island” of Tahaa. You will also be invited to visit a family home and explore the little village of Tiva. After dinner the HAUMANA

Happy Hour

sets a course for Bora Bora. Thursday's program allows you to visit Vaitape, the main village on Bora Bora, the island that is known as the “Pearl of the Pacific”. Lunch is served aboard the ship when it anchors behind Motu Toopua, and you can spend the afternoon on the white sand beach and in the lagoon beside a motu. On Friday a Robinson Crusoe outing at Motu Tofari is followed by a picnic on the beach and another sunset cruise. On Saturday you will disembark the HAUMANA at Bora Bora's Vaitape Quay at 8 a.m. after breakfast.
