The most famous attraction in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, is Dunn's River falls, where you can walk barefoot up a staircase of cascading water.  The waterfall, which cascades over wedding cake tiers of smooth rock directly onto the beach, offers a challenging climb to the top-600 feet up. But don't be discouraged if you are not athletic, as it is much easier than it looks and experienced guides are always willing to assist. The ice-cold water is a refreshing experience
